Convenient and easy to use

Incredibly simple and easy to use: simply press the power ON and measurement will begin automatically. Each tape cassette can be used for approximately one month of continuous monitoring, and replacement is a breeze. Its transportable design allows for ease of use in new or different locations when needed.

Advantages of paper tape technology

Because paper tape detectors use chemical reactions which take place directly on the tape itself, this method is practically free of interference from other gases. This method also allows for high selectivity and detection of extremely low gas concentrations. In addition, paper tape detectors leave physical evidence of gas detection, eliminating the need for calibration.

A wide range of tapes available

We offer a diverse range of detection tapes for measurement of some 20 different gases at even extremely low concentrations (the ppb to ppm level), including many gases commonly used during the semiconductor manufacturing process such as etching gases C₅F₈ and C₄F₆, hydrogen fluoride, arsine, germane, phosphine and more.
