Our FI-900 fixed gas analyzer features a new and improved version of our original optical interferometric sensor technology which can measure practically any gas simply by using its inherent refractive index. Suitable for corrosive gases such as NH3 and VCM as well as in the presence of H2.

Monitor even hard-to-measure gases

All gases have their own inherent refractive index. Changes in this value are converted to determine the concentration of each gas. This allows us to get readings on even so-called hard-to-measure gases. While this method should in theory allow for the measurement of any gas, in practice it can be difficult to determine the gas concentration of combinations of gases with extremely similar refractive indexes.

Maintenance-free

The FI-900 uses physical sensors rather than chemical reactions, eliminating the use of consumables and therefore the need for ongoing internal maintenance. (Regular verification of indicated values using standard gas is recommended.) Its physical sensors provide lasting stability without loss of sensitivity over time, and have even been known to last as long as 10 years before replacement.

Our FI-900 gives you optimal precision and rapid continuous response times, making it the perfect tool for facility operations control. With an accuracy +/-3% FS, the FI-900 provides continuous measurements every 250 milliseconds and a rapid response time with a T90 of less than 15 seconds.
